一、線上報名：
1、本競賽一律採網路報名，請填寫Google報名資料：確實填寫報名資訊（包括繳費）上傳「匯款證明」，並於匯款之備註欄位寫上「選手姓名」，以利對帳。

2、Google表單可同時繳交報名簡章附件（WORD檔、拍照或掃描之圖檔、PDF檔）。
①報名回傳表（附件一）、參賽同意授權書（附件二）及「匯款證明」，請於匯款備註寫上「選手姓名」，以利對帳。
②「標準配方」請事先列印，於當天比賽呈現在展台！
3、如填單時，未能繳交附件，請於報名截止前E-Mail補繳。
➢ 請確實填寫本表單報名資訊（包括繳費），可同時繳交報名簡章附件（ WORD 檔、拍照圖檔、 PDF 檔），上傳報名回傳表（附件一）及參賽同意授權書（附件二）及「匯款證明」，請於匯款備註寫上「選手姓名」，以利對帳。
➢ 共 3 份檔案，請填寫後 E mail 回傳至 2025tifbc@gmail.com ，並於信件主旨標示「【 2025臺南美 食之都國際餐飲藝術挑戰賽】報名 日期 賽事名稱 姓名」， 承辦單位將於收件後回覆完成報名之 E mail 信函確認，方可視為報名成功！
二、繳件(含繳費)後，如未接獲承辦單位之確認信函E-mail，則視為未報名成功，並請立即來信確認，以維護您的權益。
三、報名期限：即日起至 2025 年 9 月 28日(日) 報名截止，逾期恕不受理。
四、參賽名單：完成報名程序後，2025年 10 月 6 日(一)於官網公佈參賽名單。
五、退費方式：報名後，一律無法退費。

A. Online Registration:
This competition is all online registration, please fill in the Google registration information: Accurately complete all required fields (including payment) and upload proof of remittance. Please write the participant's name in the payment notes.

Submit the following via email (Word file, photo/scan, or PDF):
① Registration Form (Attachment 1), Consent & Authorization Form (Attachment 2), and Remittance Proof
② Standard Recipe Sheet – to be printed and displayed at your presentation table on the event day
B. After submitting your materials and payment, if you do not receive a confirmation email from the organizer, your registration is considered incomplete. Please follow up via email immediately.
C. Registration Deadline: Now until September 28, 2025 (Sunday) – Late entries will not be accepted.
D. Contestant List Announcement: Will be posted on the official website on October 6, 2025 (Monday)
E. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after registration.
