This year’s competition is divided into four main categories and 26 events, with a total of 432 participating teams over three days!

簡章更新項目如下:

  1. 報名截止日期改為 10/5,公布日期 10/10

  2. 參賽者須攜帶附有照片之證件

  3. 飲調規則內容
    - 報名費 $1000
    - 新增 法可夫基底酒(有酒精組)
    - 有酒精/無酒精基底分開說明

  4. 果凍花 評分標準

  5. C1 第五點修正(不指定品牌)

  6. 杯子蛋糕新增「製作 12 個,需 3 款不同樣,每款 4 個作品」

  7. C3/C4 競賽規則 與 評分標準修訂

Updates to the Competition Guidelines are as follows

  1. Registration deadline: October 5, Announcement date: October 10

  2. Participant Requirements - Contestants must bring a photo ID.

  3. Beverage Mixing Rules

    • Registration fee: $1000

    • Added: Fakov spirit as a base liquor (alcoholic category)

    • Rules are separated for alcoholic and non-alcoholic bases

  4. Jelly Flower Evaluation Standards

  5. C1, item 5 revised (no specific brand required)

  6. Cupcake Category

    • Contestants must prepare 12 cupcakes in total

    • Must include 3 different varieties, 4 pieces per variety

  7. C3 / C4 Categories

  • Competition rules and evaluation criteria revised
