​「2025臺南美食之都國際餐飲藝術挑戰賽」。本次廚藝挑戰賽旨在大力推廣臺南美食，邀請來自世界各地的專業廚師參賽，以各國烹飪手法，永續環保及創造商機為概念進行創意料理競演及展示，推廣臺南美食文化。為期三天的賽事將於與臺南市政府指定之場地舉行，選手可以選擇參加不同類別的賽事，選手們並將在場地展示作品，並接受評審/名廚的料理評比。此活動為世界各地的餐飲廚師提供了一個展示頂尖藝術的專業舞台，同時以臺南當地食材及元素為基礎，提升臺南在國際市場上的能見度，用美食文化及專業廚藝讓臺灣和世界交流。

Background

 

The “2025 Tainan International Culinary Arts Challenge” aims to actively promote the culinary culture of Tainan. This competition invites professional chefs from around the world to participate, showcasing creative dishes inspired by various international cooking techniques while incorporating sustainability and business potential. Over the three-day event, participants will present their works at designated venues assigned by the Tainan City Government and compete in different categories. Judges and renowned chefs will evaluate the entries. The event provides a global stage for culinary professionals to demonstrate their artistry, using local Tainan ingredients and cultural elements to increase international visibility and foster culinary and cultural exchange between Taiwan and the world.
